We are a new and exciting independent motor garage that offers a complete diagnostic and repair services for all vehicles within the Mercedes, VW and BMW Group's. Whilst we specialise in these three particular groups, we will offer our services to other models of vehicles.
The auto repair market has a lot of competition; however, there is a general lack of customer’s satisfaction and trust within the motor trade, we aim to offer service that ‘exceeds our customer’s expectations’. This will be reinforced by guarantee.
We aim to offer a first class service, coupled with excellent customers’ support, where the customer will be kept informed from the initial contact, through to booking, servicing and collection of their car. All work carried out will be itemised, so the customer knows exactly what they are been charged for, (no nasty surprises). Our guarantee will re-affirm that the work charged for, was actually performed by one of our mechanics.
